Our most important policy is you the customer. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will strive to make that happen.
We accept any payments through Paypal. Personal and Bank Checks from US buyers. Personal Checks may be held up to 10 days to clear bank. International Buyers: We gladly ship worldwide, payment must be made with Paypal or International bank checks in US Dollars. I only ship US Express mail for faster delivery and tracking information Buyer is responsible for all shipping Shipping: All items are packed to exceed all acceptable shipping standards. In the event something should be damaged it is the responsibility of the purchaser to make all claims. I will assist in every way I can. RETURN POLICY: Please keep in mind that we sell estate items, they are used in some fashion and being sold as-is. Any known or obvious defect, scratches or problems will be described, if not obvious from the picture. We will endeavor to describe the overall condition of the item but please be aware that normal wear and tear for the estate and antique pieces is to be expected. All items are guaranteed as described We try our best to accurately and honestly describe all our items. We offer a 3-Day return policy if we've misrepresented an item. After the 3 days after receiving the item the sale is considered closed. |
