Sales Policy
By purchasing any of our item(s) you are confirming that you have read, understood, and will abide with the following terms.

Please, at this time, no international buyers.

Please do not send any form of payment until you check with us first. We will be happy to advise you of the item(s) availability. If you will also forward the ship-to address with Zip Code, we will be happy to quote you a shipping amount. If you then decide to purchase, we will forward you an invoice for the full amount.

We normally ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We primarily ship USPS Priority, or for large or heavy items, UPS Ground or DHL Express. Insurance will be required on all shipments to protect us both.

On large and bulky items we may be able to arrange a personal delivery at a fair and nominal charge, if the distance is not to great
We charge actual shipping costs plus $1.00 packaging charge per package to help cover the cost of materials. We nearly always use new boxes, peanuts, and bubble wrap, and we package well. When possible we will combine items for the best shipping rates for you.

If you receive an item(s) that was broken in transit, do not discard the item(s) or the packaging, as the carrier, as proof of damage, will normally require it. Advise us ASAP, and we will notify the carrier from this end; but normally, you will be the one that has to pursue compensation.

We take great pride in the fact that we will never intentionally misinform or mislead our customers regarding any of our items listed for sale. We will always strive to describe accurately the name, description, and condition of each and every piece. Please consider that what we will be selling will almost always categorize as old, vintage, used, and sometimes, abused items.

We will try to give fully accurate descriptions and will normally have additional pics that we can email to you prior to your purchasing the item(s). Please ask questions before you purchase. We are, however, not authorities on any of these items and may sometimes err.

If we have made an error in our listing and you notify us within three days from your receipt of the item, we will happily accept returns. Whenever this occurs, and after item(s) are recieved back by us in original, as shipped condition, we will refund the total purchase price including original shipping, return shipping, and insurance. No refunds will be sent until, and unless, said item is returned in original/as shipped condition, insured, and normally should be USPS Priority. We will not ship out COD or accept returns shipped COD.

We do refrain from accepting returns based on buyers remorse. We do not guarantee any item's suitability for any particular purpose. If you just decide, for whatever reason,that you want to return it, we will normally require a 25% restock fee.

Payment must be received within 10 days from Invoice date unless prior arrangements have been made and authorized in writing by us. We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, and thru only, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

When paying by personal check please allow 10 days for check to clear prior to item shipping. Money orders normally ship about 3 days after receipt. Checks to be drawn on US Banks only and Money Orders are to be drawn on USPS or US Banks only.
