Grimwades 4 ˝” diameter,small deep plate or saucer. It has a beautiful pattern of wildflowers in a riot of colors. Marked on back “Grimwades, England”. A bit of color scuffed off in about 3/8" long x 1/8" wide area near edge.Hardly noticeable but does show when looking closely. “Clarice Cliff, Newport Pottery, Burslem England, Reg’d No 840076” in brown ink stamp under glaze on bottom of this beautiful old creamer. It has a beautifully colored Poppy-like flower in a burgundy, tinted with yellow and a woody looking stem. Can find no help on the name of the design. The base color is a very nice creamy color. “Fondeville, Ambassador Ware, England”, under glaze on bottom of this very pretty little jam or mustard jar with roses decorating all the way around, as well as on the lid. The lid also has a nice rose shaped finial as the handle. NO chips, cracks, or other apparent damage. There is however a small (1/8”) factory glaze pop on the lid, and 5 or 6 very small light stains on underside of lid as when there is crazing.
