Nebraska 1941 Resident Permit to Hunt License & Pinback Badge with paper license enclosed. The badge base is tin with a copper sheath wrapper over the front and edges. The copper has been embossed with “NEBRASKA FISH, GAME, COMMISSION”, top bottom, and both sides. The license is signed with what appears to be “Raymond Berger” he was 38 y.o., & 5’ 11”. Anchor Hocking, Old Town Canoe, advertising cup/mug. The logo on the front does have a little bit of damage in that in a few places the paint on the letters is chipped or missing. It still shows well and is the only one I have ever seen and I have been checking for about a year for another. It reads as follows, and I left out the letters that are missing. Pewter Basketball player #44. Stamped on the top of the base, “CORDSEN”, for Ben Cordsen. Stands just under 3 ¾” tall. Very finely detailed. I have seen some of his figurines listed elsewhere with prices ranging anyplace from $30.00 to nearly $100.00. This particular series being in there also. No damage or problems evident at all.
