Homer Laughlin, (HLC), Gold-Trimmed, Nantucket Large Oval Platter. Measures 10 5/8” wide and 13 5/8” long. Very little wear to gold, virtually no utensil marks, and no serious damage, but does have 4 very small dings on underneath of rim. Three are probably no more than 1/32” at the most. “Flare-Ware by Hall China, Made In USA” in gold print on bottom of this super-neat, retro 11” covered casserole. It has gold bands, and the Gold Lace & Starburst Pattern trim in abundance over a beautiful white glaze finish, and is damage free throughout. Shows no wear or utensil marks anywhere, just possibly a bit of scuffing on bottom, and one loop handle has just the tiniest bit of dulling of the gold, on the tip of it.
