I am offering a nice pair of older scissors as described in above title. They are also marked “Brooklyn, NY, USA”. They still have the red rubber cushion stop between the handle eyes. I believe they are carbon steel and they have a very nice black hammered look on the handles. They work smoothly and feel as though they will cut properly if you wish to use them. No corrosion anyplace apparent. I have not attempted to sharpen or test to see how they cut. I will leave that decision to the buyer...

I am offering a very nice quart jar with Ball zinc lid as described in title above. The embossing is very good. There are no chips, cracks, repairs or damage of any type to be found on the jar. The top of the lip is somewhat rough textured, but not damaged. There is a very slight bit of haziness on the inside surface that I believe will wash out with a little effort. Ball lid is in VGC. I am also listing a block letter slant logo Mason at this same time in a separate listing...

I am offering a single pair of the above titled scissors that are in very good condition with only mild chips in black paint, very mild peppering on insides of blades, very good chrome plated on outsides of blades with no chips, dents or damage to chrome. I feel the hinge pin does need to be tightened just a bit, but otherwise very useable. I have not attempted to sharpen or test to see how they cut. I will leave that decision to the buyer. I am also listing at this time several other scissors ...

I am offering a vintage pair of scissors as described in above title. They have been used and somewhat abused, but still a fairly rare old item. The hinge pin has been tapped on or scuffed about considerably and the marked blade appears to have been overly sharpened a bit. The scissors work smoothly and feel as if they will still cut. There is no corrosion evident but there are worn areas in the chrome plating. I have not attempted to sharpen or test to see how they cut. I will leave that decisi...

Masonic Shrine Crescent Rhinestone Pin. about 1 ½” wide, and 1 ¾” tall. Seems to be in relatively good shape. There is evidence of a small crack or two on the back of the pin where the two straight rows of stones tee off of the bottom of the crescent. Also, a couple of the stones look a bit different, like they have been replaced in the past. Still looks very good and is very useable and sound. I would consider reasonable offers for individual pieces if you do not wish to buy the lot. I ...

A very nice damage free Cast iron kettle on 3 legs marked “Zoar, Village” in 2 lines on one side, & also marked “2-2”, near bottom on opposite side. It stands just at 2 ½” high & 3 ½” across the handles. I know no history on this item other than that Zoar village, when it was in operation in the mid 1800’s must have had its own foundry. I suspect this is newer, and has been made as a souvenir item for the historic site, but more may be found through, ohio history .org. This item...

Incised in block letters on bottom, “Brayton, Laguna, Calif. One has 3-4 very small chips, about 1/64”, and one about 3/16” that have been colored to hide the bare spot, and display well, but it will be chipped when you get them. Beautiful Gold-Trimmed Blue Willow Bone dish. The gold trim appears to have been sprayed, or splattered on as, even though it is uniformly applied it has a rough texture and lots of what appear to be flakes or droplets of gold. Has overall crazing on top surface, but shows no wear or damage of any type, even though I believe it to be an older item. It has no markings of origin. Measures about 5” long, and is about 3 ½” wide. I am also listing separately a Blue Willow handled butter? knife. ...
