Pewter Clown on Barrel Vicious? Dog

Pewter Clown stepping into a barrel. Possibly being chased by a vicious? dog. Stands 2 ½” high, and is in excellent condition. No maker’s marks or damage. Has a matte finish. Have no idea as to age.
