Hallmark Little Gallery Pewter Mouse w/ LONG Necktie

Hallmark Little Gallery Pewter Mouse with Looonnnggg Necktie dated 1983. I suppose he is leaning back to try and keep it from dragging the floor. Stands right at 7/8” BIG. No damage apparent. VGC+.
