“Borough of Douglas” Isle of Man Crest, on a running 3-legged figure inside a nautical life preserver ring. Also on the crest are what appears to be the words, “Klannoortys Cheustmiejen Klannoortys”. Ink stamp on bottom reads, “BEMMA, Czechoslovakia”. Possibly Bone China or Porcelain from the quality of it. I know no history or info on this, but I am hoping to learn from someone who does know, as well as sell it.This item will also be on display at Lincoln Antique Mall, Lincoln Mo.
