Sterling Bracelet Ball & Oval Cabochons .925, Mexico
Sterling silver, leaf-type-link, bracelet measuring a bit over ¾” wide and
6 ¾” long laid flat, not including the latch tab. Each of the 8 links has 6 dome or ball-shaped, interspersed with 5 oval-shaped sterling cabochons stacked on it. I assume they are silver soldered, but the method is not really evident. Please note, the latch has been modified, or worked on in the past. It does still latch securely, but may need just a bit more TLC when you operate it than if not modified. Otherwise, I found no damage or wear anyplace on it. Actually the link hinges feel rather snug, not loose as if worn. It is stamped a bit lopsided with what I believe reads “Hecho en Mexico DE” encircling “.925” & “HP”, or “HAP”, on the underside of the latch receiver, and also stamped “Sterling” on the latch tab. This item will also be on display at Lincoln Antique Mall, Lincoln Mo. So please check with me regarding availability if interested.
