Zoar Village Cast Iron, Gypsy Pot, Kettle,w/Bale
$10.00
A very nice damage free Cast iron kettle on 3 legs marked “Zoar, Village” in 2 lines on one side, & also marked “2-2”, near bottom on opposite side. It stands just at
2 ˝” high & 3 ˝” across the handles. I know no history on this item other than that Zoar village, when it was in operation in the mid 1800’s must have had its own foundry. I suspect this is newer, and has been made as a souvenir item for the historic site, but more may be found through, ohio history .org. This item will also be on display at Lincoln Antique Mall, Lincoln Mo. So please check with me regarding availability if interested.
