The First Day of School figurine was created by the Sept. 14, 1935 cover of the Saturday Evening Post. Produced by Dave Grossman Design and dated 1978 but also has '81 on the bottom. Perfect condition with the box.

Memories by Norman Rockwell. This lady with her shawl is looking through a trunk of old memories. As expected it is very well done and realistic. This figurine is in perfect condition with its box. Created in 1980 for the Rockwell Museum.

Oriental Warrior with spear in hand. There is great detail overall with clothing and base. Facial features are contemplative not mean or angry so is pleasant to look at. He is 23" tall with the sword in hand and approximately 15 lbs as he stand. This bronze is NOT OLD, but made in Thialand using the tradition lost wax method.

These two military men with their cannon have great detail with some color on the officers (fat man) uniform. Hand is on his sabre and pipe in h is mouth, ready to light the wick, I guess. The measure 2" x 2". Believe to be English, no marks.

This bronze dog has wonderful old patina and detail. Breed? Don't ask, but he has a hairy face and neck with a smooth body. Austrian made with what looks like J.B. on the underside. He is about 2" wide and 3" tall.

This small bronze figurine is 3 men riding the old time bicycles. The details on the clothing are turn of the century. This piece came from England but is believed to be Austrian. There is no marks. 3 1/4" long and 2 1/2" high.

This lead figurine is a man wearing a tophat and kneeling on an old chair. He is made of lead and painted, (some worn off). Grey top hat, yellowish jacket, blue grey pants, black shoes and has his cane-walking stick in his hand. Believed to be a Victorian actor. He is 4 3/4" tall and 3" from shoe to chair front. English? Believe to be late 1800's, just not sure on this one!

Chestnut Roaster, Seller. This young boy with his hands in his pockets to keep them warm, is standing next to his chestnut roaster. He is standing on a carved wood base. Circa 1890 and believed to be English. No marks. This bronze figurine is 3 1/2" tall and weighs 8 oz.

"Infant of Prague" from the religious collection of U. Bernardi, is a hand carved wood figurine from 1987-1988. Stands 3" tall and is hand finished in red and gold. Done by Bernardi with the Anri group, this is an exceptional piece of workmanship. Perfect condition. Others available.
