Porcelain, Colbalt Blue Vase, Germany

Royal Porzellan, Bavaria, KPM, Germany, Handarbeit, Echt Cobalt, is the mark on the bottom of this beautiful blue vase with gold design and trim. It is 11" tall and 4" across the top. Have no idea of the year, but believe it is pre-World War II.
