Black Male Doll

This gentleman is 22" tall and has a smile from ear to ear. Clothing has been made to look old but his, compared to the others on this site, look newer. Only mark on the back of his head is a circle with something in side, but I can not read it....so maker is unknown. Looks like the Arnett dolls, but has a different body and not signed.
