ANTIQUE CHRISTMAS PLATE BY KAI LANGE

A beautiful porcelain blue collector plate by The Royal Copenhagen Manufactory. This plate titled Twilight was painted by kai Lange. It depicts not only the stillness when nature seems to sleep and only the animals can eke out a living, but also the beauty of the season which holds the promise of midwinter, letting us know that in time,the cold will turn into the light and warmth of spring. The plate is like new, no cracks, no chips, no blemishes. 8 inches in diameter and in its original condition, even though it is 32 years old. I have no certificate but the plate is numbered and signed.
