Vintage plastic mushroom tumbler. It is in an unused condition and still in the package, made by Nasco, Inc. in Springfield, Tennessee. There is a paper insert, dated 1982, describing their care. The plastic has a slight textured finish and has gold mushrooms on one side. I cannot find any problems with the finish, including the decals. There are no chips, cracks, breaks or rough rims. This is part of set which I packed away several years ago and there are many pieces, including serving bowl and platter, available. As with many of the other ironstone pieces, there is some crazing on certain pieces. I've wondered if the crazing is part of the manufacturing process, because it is not the glaze that is crazed.
