This figurine was given as a present in 1987 (it is written on the bottom). It is 5 1/2" in height and 3 1/2" across the base. There are no manufacturer's mark or indication of where it was made. I would think it was probably from Taiwan, because most items like this had stopped being made in Japan. The mama bunny has a surprised look on her face. There are no chips, cracks or breaks. This bunny was manufactured in Taiwan. If I am not mistaken, it was in the late eighties when a lot of figurines came with a cloth bow or ribbon affixed. I can not give an exact date of manufacture, but if you remember when they came this way, you should be able to get some idea of when it was made. The tray measures 12 1/2" x 10" and is made of a type of Burwood, although it is somewhat different. Multi Prod. Co. had their own formula. The designs are raised molded and appears to be hand painted. The birds look like bluejays and features a branch of a pine tree complete with pine cones. Unique 10 oz. mug manufactured in Japan by Otagiri. On the back of the cup, there is a small area stating this is a "Design East, Inc." design. The photographs make the coloration of the tiger a darker orange than it is in reality. I've tried several methods of capturing the true color and it either is like these photos or washed out. Vintage ceramic canister manufactured in Japan. The body of the canister has a raised farm scene and a rooster on the lid. With the lid in place the height is 12 1/2 inches and width is 7 1/2 inches. The rooster is applied and not part of the roof and you can see a tiny amount of the adhesive around the base. There is a tiny flake on the base of the rooster. There are some areas of loss to the finish. I have other sizes from the original set available for purchase.
