1940 issue by David Ashley, Inc. N.Y.C. The print is signed by A.Pingot, which I think would be Henri Auguste Pingot. I have not found his date of birth, but he passed away in 1870. This particular print is 306 in the series of Victorian Ladies Prints. I do not know if this is the original frame, but it has not been framed in the last 20 years, while in my possession. The print is from A. P. Co., Chicago and has a stock number of 791. It measures approximately 15 x 8 inches. This appears to be the original frame. There are some small areas of loss of ink. The backing will need replaced or at least secured to protect the print. The hanging device is an old piece of wire and 2 thumb tacks. This 1962 print entitled "Abandoned" is by Keane. The picture is laminated in plastic with a particle-board backing. It does have some superficial scratches, as well as one area in the upper left corner where the plastic has been chipped. it is in pretty good condition.
The picture measures 14" W x 11" H, and the actual picture of the little girl measures
five and five-eighths inches in width by eleven and a half inches in height.

This 7 1/2 inch framed print was probably bought at a five and dime store. It has a plastic frame and the print is covered in glass. The print is on an older style coarse grain paper. There is embossed information on the back. There is a crest, but I can't read what it says in the center. Below the crest it says, "Made in the USA, Patent Pending and No. 55." The frame is cracked. The woman that I bought this from told me it is a hand colored print. It is signed Martin Berry. Framed, it measures approximately 22 x 28 inches and the displayed print measures approximately 14 x 20 inches. It is professionally matted and framed. Although, it is tightly sealed, I can see soiling inside the glass. I can't tell if the matting is soiled or if it is just the glass.
