This set is not new, but not old enough to be considered vintage. It is in an unused condition and still attached to the display box, until I cut the plastic holders to remove for measurement and photographs. The box is marked as Vanity Fair, but was actually manufactured by M. Z. Berger, Inc. (I believe they make watches for Gruen and Elgin). The watch and bracelet measure 7 3/8 inches. The crystal portion is from France and the quartz clock portion is Staiger of Germany. The clock is in working order. There is no damage to this clock. Clock is marked IS. I can't find any information on a clock manufacturer with those initials. The quartz movement was manufactured by Hechinger Quartz Movement of West Germany. It is a solid glass structure with the face made as a part of the body and the movement portion attached to the body. Although, I am not able to give an exact date of manufacture, one can get a general idea since it is marked West Germany. Hard plastic lime green clock with red sweep hand. It measures approximately 6 1/2" across. In working order. It is model #2147 which should give one a good idea of date of manufacture. I believe it is from the 1970's. There are no breaks or chips, however, there are superficial scuff marks, including some on the the clear face. The cord is without nicks.
