This is not a new, but not old enough to be considered vintage. I thought it was resin, when I bought it, but have recently learned that it is leather. The measurements are 6 1/2 inches in height, 14 inches in length and 5 3/4 inches in width. There are no splits or chips to the material. Additional photos by email. I have seen this piece identified as McCoy, Shawnee or various other pottery manufacturers of that era. I've had it 30 years and always thought it was Royal Copley, but if I am wrong, I would appreciate the information. It measures 7 1/4 x 8 /4 x 5 1/4 inches. There are no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs, but probably has some loss of finish due to age (I really can't see any, but it comes with the aging process) and several manufacturing flaws that are common with this type of pottery. ...click for details
