I always thought this was a soda fountain stool. There is a bit of paint spilled in spots on the seat and a few drops on the legs. It probably could be cleaned off, or if one wished, it could be repainted. I originally bought it for a plant stand, but none of my plants ever lived long enough to display them, so just used it for a stool. Actually, it is quite comfortable as a seat and would look nice with a homemade tie-on cushion. It does look really great with a fern...

This vintage shelf is very substantial, being constructed of a wooden base and laced with what appears to be two types of wicker. I have always loved this unit because, by having a wooden base to the shelves, every item displayed was very stable and not likely to tip over. It was not made to hang on a wall, although it is possible to make it a wall hanging unit. One would need to be careful when trying to hang the shelf because it is an older style and quite heavy...

Approximately 29 inches in height, top tier 12 inches and bottom tier 20 inches. Was bought many years ago to do a bit of rehabilitation on, but never got around to doing, but am moving now and must sell. I have never cleaned or polished it and preferred to not "pretty" up anything for selling. The legs have metal caps which have oxidized over time. Detailed photos are available. I always thought these shelves were wrought iron, but my brother told me they were steel. The unit is approximately 24" in height 10" in width and 7" shelf depth. The shelves are without warping, bends or actual damage, but the ivory paint is flaking from age. I really am not a fan of "shabby chic" and will not say this would be a great little item for a shabby chic decor. The term is over used to make light of the poor condition of wares presented...

Vintage table measuring 24 1/2 inches in height, 23 inches in width and 10 1/2 inches in depth. We used to call this a crescent shape. There is no structural damage to the table and has a sturdy tight fit. It has been repainted, but the surface is still smooth. When I bought it, I planned to strip and refinish, but the yellow color grew on me and enjoyed it the way it was. There are some areas of paint flakes. I have additional photos by email...
