Vintage casserole marked Fire King Anchor Hocking Oven-Proof 17. I have a clear lid that fits this casserole, but it is not the original, and I really don't know what kind came with it. I've seen several different lids on this type casserole, but I don't know if these were the right one. It holds a bit over 1 quart.
