I can't find a makers mark. The large center stone is probably plastic/lucite and the accent black stones are glass. I am assuming the seed pearls are fake. It is approximately 1 3/4 inches. Heavy metal Aquarius pendant with what appears to be an acrylic insert. There is a 3D effect with the sign of the water carrier. The back has the meaning and the astrological sign in a raised design. It is silvertone, contrary to the goldtone in the photo. My color balance seems to be off. Clip on marked West Germany. Single earring or can be used as a pin or brooch.
