I think this cast metal ornament was manufactured in the 1950's era. The back has an incised L2 and that is the only manufacturing information. It is approximately 24 inches in length and the bowl portion is 8 1/4 inches in width. The handle and bowl are separate pieces and held together by a screw. There are several areas of paint loss.
