Vintage trifle bowl. I've never made a trifle, but being a Southern, used it to make big banana puddings or layer green pea salads. Whatever, your purpose, it is good all round bowl. Quite unique in the fact that door opens and forms a cutting board. The cutting board is marked as Plas-Tex Cutting Board. I don't know if Plas-Tex is the manufacturer of the entire box or just the cutting board. There is no other manufacturing information on the box.
