This is one of Sunshine Biscuit's limited editions which was manufactured in 1985. It measures approximately 14 1/2" x 11 3/4" and features the Statue of Liberty on the lid and The Liberty Bell on the bottom. I do not see any dents, however, there are a quite a few dark spots. A set of 3 nesting canisters/tins called Trimming the Tree and part of the Christmas Around the World line by House of Lloyd. The box is dated 1990. They are also marked by maker and date on the rim. I really did not want to un-nest them, but felt people might want to know the sizes, so it was necessary to take the lids off. They are pretty much in a pristine condition. I always thought this was a soda fountain stool. There is a bit of paint spilled in spots on the seat and a few drops on the legs. It probably could be cleaned off, or if one wished, it could be repainted. I originally bought it for a plant stand, but none of my plants ever lived long enough to display them, so just used it for a stool. Very nice little canister tin which originally had cookies from Valleybrook Farms which was from the Deer Park Baking Co. of Hammonton, New Jersey. This canister is approximately 5 1/4" in height and 5" across. I suppose it is coated in enamel, but it feels different than most enameling.
