Difficult to give this paperweight a title. Gold label on bottom only says "Gt. Britain." It is 3 inches in width. I am not sure of the material composition, it is not plastic or wood. Made in Haiti. It is not very old. It is one of the few things I have ever bought new and think it was in the late nineties. I just couldn't resist it's jolly face. Aunt Jemima style set marked Ironstone USA. The basin is 16" across and the pitcher is 12" in height. Word of warning if you have one like this, be careful cleaning. A few minutes ago, as I was preparing to photograph, I noticed some dust on the pitcher. I used a damp paper towel and rubbed the figure and a bit of red paint on the dress came off on the towel.
