I have never been able to find any information on the Lipton Walters or Walters Lipton Mfg. Co., according to the information on the dispenser, they were located in New York. This would be considered a commercial use dispenser as it extremely heavy and measure 12 1/2" in length and 6 3/4" in height. It still works and there is a tiny amount of tape in the machine. This is the only Paula item that I've ever seen without a date. It was made after bar codes were in place, so that gives a general idea of age. It has not had the fold out desk rest opened, or the information filled out on the back. There is really no damage and is in an unused condition, although there is probably wear from age. One the older style brass tone frames with the maroon velvety style back cover. Was never sure of what the material actually was. Each frame is 7 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches. The textured maroon paper which covers the inside of backing is showing age and is curling on a couple of corners but does not appear torn. This particular frame can be used for a table top or it has 2 hanging rings. There is no rust, but it showing general age darkening.
