There are no chips, cracks or breaks. It has a few superficial scratches, but nothing to really mar the appearance. It is a very sturdy and stable piece. No one seems to know who made these pedestal mugs, everybody has a different idea. To me this one feels like Fire King Anchor Hocking. This particular one has an American eagle and 1776-1976 on one side and the emblem for the United States Army Reserve on the other side. It measures 5 1/2" in height. Manufactured in Hong Kong by Mantessa. The hardware on this bag is very impressive. The handles look somewhat like a bamboo design. They have a very comfortable feel in the hand. All hardware is in a very nice condition with no dark spots or scratches. The weave is very tight and appears to be free of damage. The bottom of the bag has leather grommets with 4 brass feet.
