This spoon could possibly have been an advertising give-away. It marked on the handle with Richard Buchanan, Post Office 3316, Tallahassee, Fla.(no zip code). The front side of the handle is also marked with The Vernon Company, Newton, Iowa. The back is marked with Vernco stainless steel Japan. There is no damage to the handle, but there is a bit of roughness on the stainless steel rim. I am not sure if it is damage or the way it was manufactured. Additional photos by email. Brass toned metal rack. It is 10 3/4" in length, in 7" width and 8" in height. There is some wear to the finish as well a bit of rust on the bottom portion.
