Vintage porcelain vase measuring 6 1/4inches in height. I am just not sure of what some of the designs mean on this vase. Some of them seem to be symbolic, but I don't know their meaning. I don't know if all of it is handpainted, but part of it is. The vase is decorated on all four sides. It has an orange/rust backstamp of Japanese words and Japan on the bottom. Vintage dish made in Japan. Very nice porcelain with heavy gold trim. I don't know if this fan shape dish was meant as an ashtray. Measures approximately 6 1/2 inches in height and 9 1/2 inches in width. No damage, however, it looks as if there is a stray bit of gold trim just below the trim line.
