Years ago, while visiting family in North Carolina, I found this rooster and the matching hen at an estate sale. The set survived the sale, the trip back home to Florida, a move from Florida to Alabama and a trip to visit my sister. My sister has collected rooster objects for many years, and I had bought these as a present for her. After all the miles the set had survived, as I handed her the hen, it slipped through the wrapping paper and shattered to bits in her kitchen. Anyway, the survivor ...click for details

This is another one of those pieces, that I've seen and heard identified by several companies. I am not sure enough to give a name. If you are a collector, you will know. It has what looks like a manufacturing hairline crack. I've had it for 25 years and it was this way when I bought it. If you will look at the location right in the curve of the right wing, you will see the crack. There is no chipping or damage at the rim, just the tight crack. There is a small shallow chip on the ...click for details

There are no manufacturing identifying marks on this jug. The bottom is glazed, but the base rim is not. It is 7 1/2 inches in height and 4 3/4 inches across the bottom. No chips, cracks, breaks or rough rim, but does have crazing, some of which has darkened slightly on the back of the jug. Additional photos by email. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.

I've never been able to get a positive identification on this planter. It is not marked. I have seen only a couple of these on the internet in the last year, and both were identified differently. It has rounded triangular dry runners and is 5 1/2" in height and 4 1/2" across top rim. I also have it available in green. No chips, cracks, breaks or loss to the finish. Additional photos or info by email. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.

This piece is unmarked, but I've always thought it was manufactured by McCoy, but I've been wrong before. It measures approximately 6 1/2 x 4 x 3 inches. It has what looks like a short stable hairline crack just where the handle curves upward on the left side. It might possible be only in the exterior finish, because it does not extend to the interior side. It has some manufacturing flaws. It has been used as a planter and needs to be cleaned, but there are no lime deposits. Addit ...click for details
