The woman that I bought this from told me it is a hand colored print. It is signed Martin Berry. Framed, it measures approximately 22 x 28 inches and the displayed print measures approximately 14 x 20 inches. It is professionally matted and framed. Although, it is tightly sealed, I can see soiling inside the glass. I can't tell if the matting is soiled or if it is just the glass. I am not sure if this is a paperweight, bookend or what. It is hand cast. If you will notice in the center, there is a 1/3" recessed area, and I am not sure if there is a purpose for this. I bought it about 3 years ago, just because it was beautiful, but as it was not new when purchased, I am not sure of it's age.
