This 6 inch bread or dessert plate is not marked as to manufacturer. It has white flowers (could be daisies) and brown spatter or speckled background. I've not been able to find any other pieces in this pattern on the Internet. I have many pieces of this pattern and have matched the USA backstamps, sizes and shapes to my set of Scio Blue Willow.
