I wish I could tell you more about this piece as far as origins. There are no manufacturer's mark. It is not hand painted, but it looks as if the red bird and holly leaves are decals. It is 13" long and 11 1/2" across at the lower branches. There are a few fired in dark spots but no chips, cracks or breaks. I can't see any damage to the finish.
