Four inch plate marked as American Greeting, 1976. Manufactured in Japan. It is inscribed "May God bless you in big ways and small ways. May God bless you today, tomorrow and always." There are no chips, cracks or breaks. There does not seem to be any paint loss to any portion of the plate including the gold trim. Need zip code to calculate the postage.
