Post Office Christmas Plate

This is a McAllen International Museum Stamp Art Plate. It is plate #816 with a firing date of November 5, 1980 and signed by the firing master's initials. It is of the Epiphany Stained Glass Window by Walter Tower. It is approximately 8 1/2 inches across. There are no chips, cracks or breaks. I do not see any loss of paint.
