Ashtray Irish Setter

This may or may not be considered an ashtray - it looks like one except there are no cigarette rests. I do not know the age or maker. I bought it many years ago at a yard sale because if my daughter was with me and if there was anything with a dog or cat picture on it, I had to buy it. It measures approximately 4 1/2" and is free of chips, cracks or breaks. There does not appear to be any damage to the finish. If you have any questions regarding this item, please email.
