The structure reminds me very much of a Homco piece. I am not sure if this would be considered a teddy bear. Manufactured in the USA by Dart Industries in 1978. Wonderful attention to detail. It measures 12 1/4" in height and 11" in width. There does not appear to be problems with this little bear. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
