Whistle Mug Japan

There are a couple of small nicks (see photos) and 2 spots of discoloration under the glaze at the bottom rim. There is a rough line on the inside of the mug, which I thought was a crack at first, but it appears to be raised which may be a factory flaw. There is no crack on the outside.
