I am not sure if this is Libbey or another maker. It comes with the original stand. The ice bucket, without the holder, measures 4 3/4" in height and 5 3/4" across the top. There are no chips, cracks or breaks, but there is a small loss the enameling due to removing and replacing the bowl in the holder. The holder needs cleaning but is not rusted.
