Enameled metal frame. The print is glass covered. Framed print measures 10 x 8 inches. Manufactured by Manifestations International, Inc. using their "Magic Effects." I can't find any information on this company, and they may not be in business any longer. There is information on the back of the frame that explains their technique. No date is on the picture, however, there is a code on the price sticker, which might be a date of 1991. The glass and print have no damage, however, there is a slight bend on the back of the frame. Can be hung or displayed on a table. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
