Vintage Christmas Candle Holder

Marked Japan in black. It does not have to be limited to Christmas because the holder itself is milk glass and has a mini hobnail treatment. It needs to be cleaned, but the holly and berries are the old plastic type that feels very fragile and I didn't want to risk damage. 7 1/2 inches in length. No damage other than a bit of roughness in the candle holder section, which feels like a manufacturing flaw. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
