Italian Pottery Bowl

I've never been sure if this is a planter or bowl. It is approximately 10 inches in length. It reminds me of a Rosenthal Netter piece, but is only marked Italy. No chips, cracks, breaks, rough rims or repairs. Additional photos are available by email. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
