Dragonware Saucer

I have looked for the cup for this saucer for 35 years. I give up. There is a faint blue made in Japan backstamp on the back. There are no chips, cracks or breaks. There is some minor loss of paint. The photograph has two white spots of glare on the right, which could be mistaken for damage. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
