Sue Farrell's Lo-Carbo Cookbook

Also known as Sue Farrell's Lo-Carbo Cuisine. Published in 1975 by Webster Publishing Company. This is a first edition, but I believe it is the only edition. It contains 250 menus and recipes. It only has 55 pages, but it is jammed-packed with info including a section on "sack lunches." There are no rips, tears or missing pages. The cover has some wear and on the lower right corner, there is a faint coffee stain (very small). Look at photo carefully and you will see the stain.
