Vintage French Ivory Towel Rack

This is a vintage 30 inch towel rack. I am not sure of the metal composition, but will provide complete identifying photos of the front and back. Photo enlargement #2 shows what information is on the back. Enlargement #3 is a close-up of the fleur de lis design of one of the attaching plates. They were not new when I bought them, and have no idea as the age. There is some wear to the finish. I have 2 towel racks, 2 switchplate covers and 1 clothes hook available in this design.
