W. King Ambler Horse Guards & Melbourne House

Originally published 1821 in what I believe was a book of the day. The identifying sticker on the back from W. King Ambler says the artist is Seville Saez. I would welcome any information regarding the artist. On the left bottom portion there is the name of R.Havell & Son Delft and on the right bottom there is the name R. Havell & Son Sculp. The original seal is still intact although there is one small rip. The wooden frame and glass are without structural damage, but there is some loss of finish to the frame.
