Vintage Japanese Dragon Lamp

I just love old cheap paper and plastic things. Everybody thought of them as disposable and tossed after the novelty wore off and bought the next fancy they found. This lamp still works and the cord is in an undamaged condition. It measures 12 inches in height and 6 inches in width. The shade is not silk and I am not sure of what it is, but needs cleaning due to dust. The shade is supported by 6 dragons made from a plastic type material with a metallic finish, which has darkened in some areas and worn off in others. The band around the top is taped together. Some of the tassels are slightly faded. The jade colored beads and oriental script look undamaged. I will be happy to provide additional photos or answer any questions regarding condition.
