Lund's Lites Pottery Candle Holder

Approximately 5 inches in height including the lid. I don't know where the container was manufactured, all it says on the bottom is "handcrafted for Lund's Lites." The candle is almost burned away. There is no damage to either piece. I need your zip code to calculate the postage.
